Pigeon painting! LOL!
We are no fans of pigeons. The name “rats on wings” comes to mind. We love animals, just about any animal, in the broadest sense of the word. Snakes are cool. Are they considered an animal? We’re not that fond of squirrels. Three-toed sloths, now those rule! We’re on the fence when it comes to squirrels.
Pigeons make messes. Face it, they are generally a nuisance when it comes to their bathroom habits. They give old people something to do while they’re sitting on park benches, but feeding leads to more bathroom habits. Watch it! Here it comes! Oops. Splat.
They aren’t the prettiest of birds. But a pair of artists, Julian Charrière and Julius von Bismarck decided to paint pigeons to make them prettier, and they did a bang-up job of it. Not sure if PETA would approve, we can only assume the pigeon painting process could be seen as cruel. Maybe not, though. maybe it was just more like a shower. Who are we to judge?
